Privacy Policy

This notice explains what personal data uNickorns collects through this website — in particular the Teenpreneurs application form — and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit a Teenpreneurs application we collect: the parent or guardian's name, email and (optionally) phone, country and time zone; the participant's first name, age, country, English level and preferred schedule; the free-text answers you provide; and the consents you give.

We also record non-identifying context such as the page you applied from, the referring site and any campaign (UTM) parameters. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers or free-text answers to analytics tools.

How we use it

We use application data to review the application, assess programme fit (age, availability, English level, group fit) and contact the parent or guardian about the next steps. If a place is offered and accepted, we use it to run the programme.

Consent and legal basis

Applications are submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who provides consent for us to process the information. Optional marketing consent is separate and can be withdrawn at any time.

Storage and access

Application records are stored securely in our database and are not publicly readable. Only authorised uNickorns team members access them to process applications.

Retention and your rights

We keep application data only as long as needed to process it and, where relevant, to run the programme. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the data by emailing hello@unickorns.com.
