What is uNickorns?
uNickorns is an international education platform that helps teenagers aged 13–18 develop initiative, future skills and confidence through real projects. Its flagship programme, Teenpreneurs, is delivered live online in English to small international groups.
From passivity to agency.
Most schools teach you to answer other people's questions well. We teach you to ask your own, and act on them.
Agency is the feeling that you have influence: you can start something, build it, change it. It's the difference between waiting to be told what to do and seeing a problem and getting to work. Everything we do points in one direction, from passivity to agency.
Four pillars. One movement.
Question what looks obvious, ask uncomfortable questions, find your own way instead of repeating everyone else's.
Make the first version before you feel ready. Better to show something imperfect than to show nothing at all.
The best things are built with people, not next to them. Listen, give, take the other person into account.
Not the kind that comes from motivational quotes, but the kind that comes from things you've actually made.
Teenpreneurs.
Teenpreneurs is the movement's first practical program. A teenager walks the whole way from an idea to something real they show the world, and learns from what worked and what didn't.
Most of the limits we carry don't come from outside.
For years I watched children, adults, myself, and I noticed one thing: most of the limits are in our heads. What stops us isn't a lack of ability or a lack of time. It's the thought that we're missing something, before we've even tried.
I saw it in students who said "I'm just not cut out for languages," before they'd even try to say a single sentence. I saw it in myself, when I put off decisions because "not yet" or "I'm not ready yet." And I saw it closest of all, in our own home, where someone could have believed something was closed to them, and instead found their own way.
Everything we're building now grew from that one observation: the belief that it isn't about a lack of skill, but about refusing to accept that there's another way. That everyone is able, just differently.
isn't a flaw to hide. It's material to build with.
you have influence: you can start, build, and change things.
built on what you've really made, not on praise.
What uNickorns is not.
Not another school where you sit and listen.
Not a "how to become a millionaire in 30 days" course.
Not coaching built on empty affirmations.
It's a movement where you do, and learn by making real things.

You Are Not Behind. You Are Early.
Everyone keeps telling you what you should already know by now. Here's why that math is wrong.
Your Teenager Doesn't Need More Pressure. They Need Better Preparation.
Good grades still matter. They stopped being the whole story a while ago.
AI Won't Replace You. It Will Replace How You Learn.
The question was never whether teenagers should use AI. It's whether they'll learn to think alongside it or hand their thinking over to it.
